Yoga Class at Clanfield, nr Bampton
Thursday Morning 9.30am – 10.30am – Flow Class – £8 per class drop in
The flowing style of yoga classes allow you to work with your breath as you explore postures and slowly broaden your practise. We slowly build from warm up to a flowing series of major asana, through to restorative yoga and breath work. As the class comes to a close, you are guided through either meditation, visualisation or relaxation techniques, creating stillness of mind and the ultimate in restorative you time.
For any of the yoga classes, wear comfortable clothing that’s easy to move in and bring a blanket for the relaxation if you wish to. If you have a mat, bring it along or let me know if you’d like to borrow one. I look forward to welcoming you to a class soon.
