Online Retreat – Yoga, Pranayama, Meditation, Savasana
The time to reconnect is precious time. It is important, nourishing, calming, and vital to re-fill our cup. And an online retreat is the perfect place to rest and restore.
This mini-retreat is carefully designed to nourish and open, as the year begins to turn, the warmth begins to return, and we prepare ourselves for the coming of Spring.
The practices are gentle and slow, and allow us to sink into our practice. They are an invitation to explore, to connect with possibilities, and to recognise our limitations. We open to ourselves gradually, just as nature slowly opens to Spring.
We will move, breathe more deeply, rest in contemplation, and restore mind and body.
You be gently guided throughout, but it is a silent retreat, enabling us to go within, and to step back from the without. There will be an opportunity to break the silence at the end of the morning, or not, as you choose.
Being online allows us to remain warm and comfortable, and to continue our afternoon in a way that is restful and nourishing, if we choose to, with no travelling needed and no interaction with the busy outside world.

This morning includes gentle, slow, floor based asana, pranayama, meditation and time to restore in Savasana.
The pace is slow and spacious, allowing you time to journal after a practice should you wish to do so.
£25 per person

Practicalities
You will need a quiet space, where you can close the door on daily life, somewhere you won’t be interupted.
Keep well hydrated during the morning and for the rest of the day.
All the practices are an invitation to explore, so only do what is right for your body and mind on the day. The is no need to push or strive, only to open to what is possible. Please speak with me about any concerns you have about existing injuries, medical conditions, or anything else that may concern you.
We connect during this retreat via zoom. The link will be provided in advance of the retreat morning. On the day, please login 5-10 minutes before we start. You will enter the waiting room and then the retreat. Due to the nature of the retreat, if you arrive late, it may not be possible to enter the retreat space.
This retreat is not suitable for children.
